Chai Coffee Company

Chai Coffee Company was born out of a love for chai (Indian tea), coffee and a Punjabi passion for delicious, healthy food.

Always a fresh cup.

Each cup is made by hand and depending on the ingredients offer different health benefits. Because of this, we wanted to expose the preparation area and offer a visual connection between the customer and the team behind the chai, encourage dialogue of creating the drinks and in turn fostering community.

Strong planning directs the customer immediately to a Grab and Go unit.  A long high top table and stools are located to separate the queue, and banquette offer a comfortable seating option. Simple effective graphics were developed to emphasize branding and visually tell the story of how chai is made. Clear wall mounted tubes filled with spices and tea flank the white neon signage over the pass through. Concrete, shades of white, pale oak, greenery and copper accents form a clean, fresh space to house the first Chai Coffee Company. We selected budget friendly materials and developed strategic details in order to roll out multiple locations.
