Tasty Indian Bistro Delta

The original goal of this project was to create a hip and cool restaurant that would appeal to a younger demographic, and increase seating capacity from the original 50 seat restaurant. Indian arts and crafts were strategically integrated as part of the overall design and tell the story of the owners’ heritage. Bold use of colour and pattern, feature lighting and contemporary details create a dynamic and fun space. Since opening in 2011, Tasty Indian Bistro has proven itself to be a force in the industry with its excellent food, service and atmosphere. KurtzDesign Inc. has been honoured to continue to be their go-to interior design firm, refreshing the restaurant look over the years to keep the design current.
